For a truly good Pour Over coffee, all the components not only have to be good themselves, they also must interact well. Which is why this coffee filter paper has been developed so you can enjoy Pour Over coffee in the highest quality. They are designed to perfectly fit in the Melitta® AMANO and Melitta® EPOS® filter holders and, together with the ribs inside the filter holder, allow for an ideal coffee extraction.

The special thing about our Pour Over coffee filters: the paper fibres have a looser weave. This particularly permeable paper structure allows for an even filtration and shorter brew time, which supports the Pour Over brewing process and does not hinder it. Slow pouring provides a strong cup of coffee, fast pouring a milder cup. This means you are always in control, regardless of whether you are brewing coffee by hand with Melitta® AMANO or automatically with Melitta® EPOS®.

Our Pour Over coffee filters support a perfectly balanced contact time between the ground coffee and the water. This is important ‒ after all, contact time that is too long makes the coffee bitter. With a Melitta® paper filter, the taste can be controlled alone by the amount of the ground coffee and the fineness of grinding.
The Pour Over coffee filter is made white naturally, only using oxygen. This means no unwanted aftertaste develops during filtration. The micro-fine pores ensure the aromas better seep through, into your cup of coffee. And for an all-round perfect fit, we have chosen to use a single seam, which keeps the filter stable and durable.
