The Duromina Cooperative has exhibited excellent management practices which have increased production and raised membership to 136. They built a second washing station in a new area which increases the efficiency of cherry delivery. They used a portion of their premium money to buy a dual purpose bus; it helps kids attend school and works as a cherry collection vehicle to bring cherry to the washing stations. After depulping and demucilaging, the coffee beans are soaked overnight and then laid to dry on raised drying beds.

Floral notes intensify a cup bursting with juicy pineapple, canned peach, lime juice, strawberry, apricot and dried apple with an underlying hint of black tea.
